We have carried out together with our clients, sessions on Accessible Events for patients suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and their surroundings. In order to make this possible, all accessibility requirements of the different hotels have been considered: parking, entrances and exits, toilets, etc. Quality, empathy and human sensitivity of the staff are still these days understood as a key to success.
